Security designs and installations you can rely on
Vehicle installations of communications and ANPR
We can install ANPR
(automatic number plate recognition) both as a fixed or mobile system for vehicles. This includes police cars, bailiff vans etc.
* Planning, design and installations of emergency communications systems, which include ANPR and CCTV solutions both overt and covert are included.
We provide
single or multiple installations, design for battery management solutions, installations, testing and commissioning of all digital radio platforms.
Installations of vehicle mobile ANPR, vehicle borne PC’s and Project Management are also supplied.
On previous installations we have installed Cleartone
and Motorola
solutions.

We provide installation and management
services of fixed CCTV.Fixed system installations including cabling, power and data or video transmission, including secure wireless transmission.
- Covert Surveillance CCTV and remote monitoring
- Covert CCTV for business needs
- Audio recording
- Remote access via 4G
- Temporary installations/rental
All onsite project management, health and safety and quality control systems can be provided, along with all power installations with 18th Edition certification.
We are an Axis Partner, which also include retail solutions
Access Control – including Biometric for both vehicle and pedestrian access
To control who enters your premises is not only a security issue, it could also be a legal requirement.
Mechanical
– We can install barriers and turnstiles to control both traffic and pedestrians.
Biometric
- Fingerprint readers and eye scanners are becoming more frequently used as a very reliable way to ensure the person passing through a door is the person with permission to do so. With major advances in this type of technology, it has seen reliability rates significantly improved.
Traffic Management – Fixed barriers and rising bollard solutions, traffic barriers, speed calming measures, white lining and Tarmacadam installations.
ANPR
We can install ANPR
(automatic number plate recognition) both as a fixed system for carparking enforcement and control or mobile systems for vehicles. This includes police cars, bailiff vans etc.
Fixed system installations including cabling, power and data or video transmission, including secure wireless transmission.
Onsite project management, health and safety and quality control systems.
All power installations with 18th Edition certification.
Integrated Digital Signage Solutions
Digital signage projects typically require a commercial display, a media player and a content management system (CMS) software platform.
These requirements usually come from three separate sources, which not only creates difficulties when finding compatible components but also makes the support and maintenance process inefficient. The installation process, especially for large networks, can be very challenging and if any issues arise, finding the component at fault and receiving the adequate support can be very time consuming and expensive.
To combat these issues, we’ve developed all-in-one solutions that combine 24/7 commercial displays with built-in media players alongside powerful CMS software to be used in conjunction with our hardware. All-in-one solutions are not only easier to sell, install, support and maintain but are also much more cost effective. Our software has also been developed as a more streamlined and user-friendly solution to offer a simple and easy process to all users while still providing extensive functionality. Using over a decade of industry experience and research we have developed a range of diverse digital signage solutions that can be controlled either by using our online CMS, or updated using a simple USB plug and play method.
4G-5G Surveys and Antenna Installations
Surveying a Cellular network is a powerful way to allow engineers, project managers, developers to analyse, troubleshoot, and optimise IoT applications. By having a comprehensive view of network performance by capturing network traffic, signalling, and radio frequency (RF) data that can determine the correct cellular application that is optimised for you.
Many design engineers are wishing to improve signal performance when designing, testing or rolling out telemetry products fitted with 2G / GSM, 3G / UMTS or 4G / LTE / 5G wireless systems and maximising the working range of their cellular solution. To do this we first select a suitable antenna and cable configuration for the solution which has already been selected and qualified for the end application. MGK can assist you in specifying and installing the correct option.
Arle Court Transport Hub
The £33m scheme is a key element of the current Gloucestershire Local Transport Plan 2020-2041 and its Climate Change Strategy ULEV Strategy. It has been funded by the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF), administered by Homes England, and Gloucestershire County Council. In addition, Gloucestershire County Council and HIF have funded the installation of the 100 x 7kW EV points and will fund the rapid EV points, utilising the council’s awarded contractor Connected Kerb. The council has met their target of installing 100 EV points in July 2024
Electric vehicle (EV) points:
The transport hub is home to the largest contactless payment EV charging public transport hub in the UK. The multi-storey car park features 100 x 7kW EV commissioned charge points for long stay-term charging, catering to commuters and visitors. The car park is also future proofed to enable the expansion of up to 266 x 7kW EV charge points as demand increases. The site also has roof mounted solar PV panels to generate renewable electricity for the building and EV charging.
Portable Appliance Testing
Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination but some types of defect can only be found by testing. However, it is essential to understand that visual examination is an essential part of the process because some types of electrical safety defect can't be detected by testing alone.
A relatively brief user check (based upon simple training and perhaps assisted by the use of a brief checklist) can be a very useful part of any electrical maintenance regime. However, more formal visual inspection and testing by a competent person may also be required at appropriate intervals, depending upon the type of equipment and the environment in which it is used
